What do you do?
Log-in to your MeterGate Portal & open your Raw Reads folder.
Download your Raw Reads
Save the Raw Reads anywhere you prefer
Open the MeterGate APP that was supplied to you
The APP will prompt you to open your Raw Reads file.
Open the Raw Reads directly from the App
Once it is open, simply click on the Collect Data button in the APP
Hit the Save Readings button
The APP automatically creates a .csv file that you can bill from or import it into your billing software.
